Our hireable space
Our event space comprises a central hall leading to an enclosed garden area with toilets and car parking. You can find out more about our facilities here. 

Our kitchen is available to hire for food preparation and service. 

Please note that our raised stage area does not come as part of a standard booking. If you wish to use this please note it on your enquiry form and we will discuss your needs further.

You are welcome to bring reputable third party suppliers such as caterers, DJs and bouncy castles on to the site but they must abide by our Terms and Conditions of Hire.

Event enquiry forms
​Once you have read the Terms and Conditions of Hire you can use the following online forms to enquire about our availability.

For one-off, ad-hoc events: One Off Event Enquiry Form

***Please remember to book the entire duration of your event including any set up /clean up time***

Once we have received your form we will get back to you within 3 working days with any questions or to confirm your booking.

Deposits and payments
To secure your booking, you will need to pay a deposit within 7 days of confirmation. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking. This deposit is returned after your event, minus any deductions for damage.

Hire fees are to be paid in full, by bank transfer, a minimum of 7 days before your event.

If you encounter any issues during your event, please call the event mobile 07849 018403. This number is only operational during a live event and is not used for making bookings or any other purpose. All bookings must be made through the event forms above.
