* “Regular” means a weekly, fortnightly or monthly booking for a minimum of 6 sessions.
Weekend block bookings
Bookings should aim to fit within the four hour slots below to allow for other bookings to fit
around them:
● 9am to 1pm
● 1.30pm to 5.30pm
● 6pm to 10/11pm (bookings after 10pm only for Ashton Vale residents/AVCC events)
Users may book two of these blocks at a discounted rate as follows:

Cancellation fees
● Within 7 days: £15 admin fee.
● Within 48 hours: £50 charge or 50% of the full hire rate for regular bookers.
● Within 24 hours: full deposit lost or full hire rate charged for regular bookers.
● Cancellations by AVCC incur no charge.
Booking and payment conditions
● Bookings must be made by someone aged 18+.
● Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit/s are paid by bank transfer within 48 hours of
booking.
● Full payment is due by bank transfer 7 days before the event.
NB. Failure to pay may result in your booking being cancelled.
● The deposit/s will be refunded by bank transfer within 72 hours of the event following
satisfactory inspection.
NB. Failure to leave the property in satisfactory condition may result in forfeit of all or part of
the deposit/s.
● We may, on occasion, offer ‘payment in kind’ where we work with an organisation, for
example the local youth club.
● AVCC may refuse any application for hire of the building without stating a reason.
● No individual or organisation shall be deemed to have an undisputed right to an unbreakable
series of bookings.
